Marina Sycheva is a documentary photographer and documentary film director from Russia. Based in Moscow, Russia. 

She studied in Saint Petersburg University of Cinema and TV, faculty of documentary film-making (2016). Graduated from the school of contemporary photo “DocDocDoc”, class of Mikhail Domozhilov (2022).

She interested in social themes, war and world crises, individual people stories.

Winner of POY Asia 2024 (Finalist in “Photograph of the year” category), POY International 2024 (“Documentary daily life” category), Global Peace Photo Award 2023, POY Asia 2023 (Award of Excellence in “Portrait series” category), College Photographer of the Year 77 (Award of Excellence in “Team picture story” category).
